Platinum Air Suspension Support & Limited Warranty

Platinum Air Suspension Support has a One Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers all material and manufacturer defects. Hooligan Kustomz will not be responsible for any cost of labor associated with the part in question. Warranty will be VOID if the part was improperly installed or not installed by a qualified certified licensed mechanic. We will not warrant backyard mechanic installations

Returns Policy

In the event that an item needs to be returned within the warranty period, you must contact the original seller (Hooligan Kustomz) of the part to obtain an RMA return number (required for all returns). Place the return Authorization Number on a visible place on the box. If the number is not there your order will be refused. Also include a copy of the original invoice and a brief description of why you are returning the product. Returns are only accepted if it is a manufactures defect.

Refused Orders

Only if agreed in writing on returning an item, All returned items must be unopened and unused and in the original condition as sent. All are subject to a 35% restock fee, plus shipping and C.O.D. fees within 30 days of purchased.

Electrical Return Policy

Electrical may be returned for the purpose of warranty consideration only.  Parts tested good will be returned F.O.B. to the shipper. Defective parts will be replaced due to manufactured defect. If the parts are installed incorrectly due to pinched wires or improper installed warranty will be voided.

Exchange/Missing items

Incorrect orders, damaged, or missing items from your order must be reported within 48 hours of the time product is received.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hooligan Kustomz cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once a package is scanned and delivered. If you would prefer a signature confirmation, please request one at the time of order placement. NO REFUNDS will be issued for packages that are shown to be delivered to the correct address.

Back Orders

All back orders will be kept open and shipped as soon as those items become available. If there is any reason you need to cancel your back order please notify us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are not available once the item is open or installed on bike. If the product is found to be defective we will repair or replace it as long as it is within the 12 month warranty period.  All special orders sales are final. No freight charges will be reimbursed.
